Cleansing Combo
Items needed:
One bottle of Detoxificant #7 (hydrated Bentonite)
One bottle of Intestinal Cleanser #9 (powdered psyllium seed & husk)
Jar with tight fitting lid (about 12 oz. size), or hand blender
Juice (2-4 oz.), 100% juice, not sweetened
Water ( 8 oz.)
Directions:
Put 2-4 oz. of juice (about 1 inch, enough for flavor) into glass or jar.
Add water ( 1 cup)
Add 1 tablespoon of Detoxificant #7 and 1 heaping teaspoon of Intestinal Cleanser #9. *
Blend or cover jar and shake vigorously for several seconds.
Drink quickly before jelling action starts.
Drink another glass of water immediately.
Wait at least 30 minutes before consuming any other food or drink (except juice or water)
Wait at least 1.5 hours before consuming medications or vitamin supplements.
* Some people prefer to take the Detoxificant #7 separately so the Cleansing Combo is not as thick. Also, the Intestinal Cleanser #9 can be added to the juice and mixed prior to addition of the Detoxificant #7 in order to make sure the psyllium dissolves completely.

DETOXIFICANT #7 ~ 32 oz. (liquid)
Our Detoxificant is a natural and powerful detoxificant derived from bentonite, a mineral-rich volcanic clay.* We use a special process to refine the raw bentonite clay to remove mica, dirt and other impurities, in order to concentrate the active detoxifying ingredient, Bentonite.* This procedure places Bentonite into a colloidal suspension and retains its innate negative charge. INTESTINAL CLEANSER #9 ~ 10 oz. (powder)
Sonne's Intestinal Cleanser #9 is a finely ground powder of imported psyllium husk and seed. As it contains primarily fiber and no laxative or herbal stimulants, it can be used on a daily basis to assist normal bowel peristalsis. (In contrast, laxatives and herbal preparations stimulate the peristaltic muscles of the bowel, and, if used regularly, create a "dependency" and weaken normal colon function.) Psyllium has a hydrophilic (water-loving) action that softens hardened mucous lining the bowel wall, facilitating its elimination. Psyllium can help you achieve a high fiber diet.
